Meet and Assist
Nothing is more assuring than to have a smiling face to greet you when you arrive at any of Cairo international airports or domestic airports.
Our representative will be there to receive you then they will take you through immigration, customs, and luggage collection, they will ensure you are well taken care of up to your departure.
Our representative will be holding a welcome sign including the guest’s name, with Nicolas Tours logo. The guest is then accompanied through the various checkpoints (security, visa upon arrival -if required-, passport control, immigration, customs, and luggage collection). Depending on the arrangements our representative will escort you to the arrivals area, vehicle, or family members awaiting your arrival.

AHLAN
Cairo Airport arranges VIP service called Ahlan is an exclusive meet and greets service.
Our representative will be waiting you at the terminal building entrance holding a welcome sign with the client’s name. Then you will be escorted through various checkpoints (security, visa upon arrival, passport control, and customs), then our Representative will escort them you to Ahlan Service Lounge.
VIP services are comprehensive, of this type we:
Do all formalities
Claim luggage
Give access to VIP lounges in TB1 TB3 (departure arrival)
Provide a private car (from airplane to terminal building)
GROUP MEET AND ASSIST
Our representative will be holding a welcome sign with the name of the group arriving, the company name, conference name or Incentive name and our company logo.
The group then will be escorted through various checkpoints (security, visa upon arrival -if required-, passport control, and customs). Then the representative will escort them to the hotel for check-in.
Upon the group departure from Cairo Airport, passenger services representative will be escorting a group from their hotel back to the airport and looking after luggage, airline check-in, and passport control.
